Job summary

Recruitment is seeking an Engagement BI Analyst to support CRM, marketing, customer and campaign performance across digital brands. You will turn data into insights, build reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with BI and Marketing to ensure outputs meet data governance standards and align with business goals. Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM/marketing analytics or customer analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of statistics and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse CRM, campaign and marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Produce reports and dashboards with clear, actionable insights.
• Track KPIs like conversion, retention and campaign ROI.
• Apply statistical methods and segmentation models for analysis.
