You will own the infrastructure that explains marketing performance, build automated tools, and translate complex growth drivers into actionable insights for global growth. Collaborate with Marketing, Regional and Product teams to turn data into strategy.

The role emphasizes scalable data products, AI-enabled workflows, and strong SQL/Python skills to drive measurable impact within marketing analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing analytics, data engineering, or insights.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools like Lightdash or Looker.
• Ability to translate marketing data into growth insights.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics infrastructure to explain growth drivers.
• Identify opportunities within Marketing Financials and drive execution.
• Lead automation of insights and driver analysis.
• Develop analytics tools and AI-enabled automation for clear explanations.
