Job summary

Amber seeks a senior creative producer to own end-to-end ad creation for Meta and Google campaigns in the UK. You’ll blend video and static formats, drive AI-assisted production, and translate performance data into new concepts with minimal briefs.

Based in the UK, you’ll work in a hybrid setup with the UK partner and Amber’s global team, shaping the creative production path and scaling impact across paid media budgets.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of ads you conceived and made.
• Hands-on across both video and static formats.
• Fluent with AI video and image generation.
• Self-sufficient production from idea to live asset.
• Data-literate: can read Ads Manager and form a view.
• Based in the UK and able to work hybrid or from a London office.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, make and iterate static and video ads for Meta and Google at pace – around 8-12 net-new concepts a month and 30–50 total assets including iterations
• Own each piece end to end: concept, script, production, edit, delivery
• Use our AI-assisted production workflows alongside traditional production – and push them further than we have
• Read the numbers (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS etc.) and turn them into the next creative hypotheses
• Run a live creative testing roadmap: what's shipping? What's measuring? What's next?
• Sweep Meta Ad Library and the wider market for angles and formats worth stealing
• Create a productive and efficient working relationship with our partner's performance marketing team
• Align with our partner's brand and regulatory process without letting it set your pace
• Challenge weak briefs and win the argument with evidence rather than opinion
• Learn the brand, product, the UK energy market and regulatory environment properly, so the ads are accurate and compelling
• Partner with the creative team in Australia - we share processes, workflows and results to make each other better. You're the second node in our growing creative studio.
