Job summary

Performix Media seeks an exceptional Performance Marketing Lead for Meta/Facebook Ads to own end-to-end campaigns with AI-driven optimization. You will manage high-volume spend, implement AI-native workflows, and produce rapid video creatives while maintaining tight CPA targets and strong ROAS.

You will leverage MCP servers, Meta Ads API, and automation scripts, while editing banners and videos for fast iteration. A deep knowledge of Meta's ecosystem and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-volume Meta campaigns toward tight CPA targets.
• Genuinely AI-native—daily use of LLMs and agents for analysis, automation and creative work.
• Hands-on with MCP / Meta Ads API automation or scripting (no-code/agent tooling acceptable).
• Video editing and design skills across CapCut, Premiere or Descript; quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume Meta campaigns across multiple ad accounts, with CPA/ROAS targets.
• Build AI-driven workflows to monitor spend, surface anomalies, rotate creative and adjust budgets/bids.
• Produce AI-generated video ads and test variants within hours, not weeks.
• Edit and adapt banners, video captions and creatives for rapid placement.
• Document playbooks and raise the bar for media buying across the company.
