Job summary

Untamed in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the briefing and delivery of creator-driven ads for Meta. You’ll transform briefs into high-performing scripts, match talent to angles, and own the content from concept to final delivery.

You’ll use performance data to iterate, scale, and improve results, while collaborating with our Growth team and Influencer Marketing Executive. A hands-on role focused on timely, impactful creative.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in creative strategy or paid social with strong results.
• Experience creating creator/UGC ads for Meta with measurable results.
• Ability to use performance data to steer briefs and content.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and open briefs for UGC creators and influencers.
• Match creators to briefs, scripts, personas and angles.
• Source and hand over creators to negotiate, track approvals.
• Analyze ad account data, review Meta spend, CAC and trials.
• Ideate based on customer trends and testing plans.
• Provide feedback and ensure briefs align with brand and claims.
• Edit content in CapCut, add hooks, captions and variations.
• Scale the function using AI and maintain CRM records.
