Job summary

Mood London is seeking a hands-on Meta specialist to own paid social strategy, campaign execution, creative testing and profitable customer acquisition. You will build, analyse and scale campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager, collaborating with creative and e-commerce teams to turn performance data into actionable insights.

You should understand Meta’s systems, including Andromeda and Advantage+, and assess platform changes through evidence and controlled testing.

Qualifications

• At least four years of hands-on Meta advertising experience with measurable results.
• Experience building, managing and scaling e-commerce accounts while controlling acquisition costs.
• Solid knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API and catalogue feeds.
• Practical understanding of Andromeda, Advantage+, campaign structure and bidding strategies.
• Strong spreadsheet, analytical and creative briefing skills.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, attribution and backend reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and campaign execution on Meta platforms.
• Build, launch and manage acquisition, retargeting, catalogue, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance and scale against targets.
• Analyze CPA, CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversions and revenue; separate new vs returning customers.
• Oversee Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager and catalogue health; coordinate with developers as needed.
• Brief creative teams and test concepts with clear success criteria.
• Diagnose funnel issues and recommend tests across landing pages and checkout.
• Follow Meta updates; assess changes to delivery, targeting and measurement.
• Produce weekly performance reports and maintain logs.
