You will connect data, audience insights and the creative team to uncover untapped opportunities, craft briefs and drive fast, testable iterations across paid social.

This remote role lets you own audience discovery, briefing, production and analysis, shaping tools and workflows to scale a $10M+ annual paid-social budget and guide decisions that improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative or direct-response marketing for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to identify audience and creative opportunities that boost acquisition.
• Strong customer research, market analysis and audience segmentation instincts.
• Excellent concepting and brief writing for production-ready briefs.
• Experience building creative workflows, scorecards or learning systems.
• Practical AI experience with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data, customer research, creative output and audience coverage.
• Find untapped audiences, market gaps and promising creative angles.
• Turn opportunities into concepts, hooks, scripts and production-ready briefs.
• Build the workflow from research and briefing through launch, analysis and iteration.
• Diagnose weak AI creative and guide improvements.
