Adaptive & Co, a data-intelligence consultancy and Premier Google Partner, seeks a Performance Media Consultant to own end-to-end performance for a portfolio of global lead generation and e-commerce clients. You’ll lead Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive quarterly strategy reviews.

You will collaborate with data engineers to improve signals, run audits, and optimize campaigns with a hands-on, results-driven approach that grows revenue and client value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and running Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, with ecommerce or lead gen focus.
• Fluent in GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions and consent mode.
• Strong consulting background with senior client relationships and QBRs.
• Ability to turn data into a coherent cross-channel strategy and explain trade-offs to executives.
• Proficient written and verbal communication for client interactions.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-channel media strategy for each account, with quarterly refresh.
• Manage client relationships and report to client finance teams; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Build the business case for renewal and identify growth opportunities across channels.
• Lead media audits and strategy sections of proposals and pitches.
• Mentor team members on strategy, testing, and client communication.
