Job summary

Slingshot AI in London is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to own end-to-end performance creative for Ash. You will shape the visual and verbal language, craft hooks and narratives, and drive output across ad networks with a data-driven approach.

This role blends strategy, production, and leadership, requiring a track record of delivering scalable creative at CAC targets. You will build repeatable systems, manage an internal and external talent pool, and push the creative engine to sustain

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering performance creative with CAC targets.
• Experience scaling creative output to high volume monthly.
• Strong copywriting for performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative engine end-to-end: angle, concept, copy, production, launch, read, iterate.
• Build repeatable systems for testing cadence and an angle library.
• Produce statics and video on the AI stack at required volume.
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays, and scripts in the voice of the audience.
• Run creatives across networks and tailor to each platform.
• Lead the read from creative to paid funnel and adjust the funnel accordingly.
• Collaborate with media buying and manage data in the MMP.
• Source outside supply: creators, UGC, editors, on-camera talent.
• Set the visual and verbal point of view for Ash in market.
