AECOM is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to support major infrastructure projects across Scotland, the Midlands and North England. You will manage cost throughout the project lifecycle for high-profile clients, including water sector authorities, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Accredited MRICS or working towards membership.
• Significant experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of cost management from inception through to completion with clients and project teams.
• Produce feasibility estimates, cost planning, tender documentation, value engineering, commercial management and final accounts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support business development opportunities.
