Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our North East team, delivering on infrastructure, transportation, utilities and highways projects. You will advance your career through structured training and exposure to leading projects while supporting cost management, forecasting and commercial controls.

You will build relationships with clients, manage contracts, monitor budgets and drive improvements in cost accuracy and governance across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management on infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC3 is advantageous.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.
• Professional body membership or progress toward it is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Administer contracts aligned with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting up to project completion.
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow, ensuring timely cash applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and objectives.
• Manage contract changes and governance adherence; drive value engineering.
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate final accounts and oversee commissions as needed.
