Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our North East team, working on landmark infrastructure projects across transportation, utilities, and highways. Qualifications

• Experience with contract administration aligned to project objectives.
• Understanding of cost monitoring and forecasting across projects.
• Ability to manage change and ensure governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in projects.
• Administer contracts to meet project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and cash flow and ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and value engineering.
• Lead contract change effectively and drive best-practice governance.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budgets.
• Provide commercial knowledge to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Lead people and commissions as needed.
