You will lead cost-control efforts, forecast and report on budgets, manage contractual changes, and support delivery teams to achieve project objectives while advancing your professional qualifications within a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Contract management experience (NEC3, Option C preferred).
• Cost management and forecasting experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience with change management, valuation and cash flow.
• Knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage contract changes; maintain governance and best practices.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budget management.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate final accounts.
• Lead people and commissions as needed.
