Turner & Townsend in the North East seeks a Senior Cost Manager to develop career paths within cost management on major infrastructure projects. You will influence cost control, forecasting and value engineering, and you'll build strong client relationships across transportation, utilities and highways within our client base.

The role offers structured development and advancement opportunities, with exposure to diverse projects and professional qualifications as you progress.

Formación

• Experience in cost management and contract administration on infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3, Option C preferred.
• Ability to monitor costs, forecast and report to budget.
• Experience with change management and procurement processes.
• Strong reporting and value engineering knowledge.
• Degree in a relevant subject; professional body membership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts to meet project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and cash flow and ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, programme performance and value engineering.
• Lead contract changes ensuring governance and best practice.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and budgets.
• Provide sound commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate final accounts.
• Lead people and commissions as needed.
