Qualifications

• Experience in contract management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
• Strong cost management experience across infrastructure projects.
• Change management and control, valuation and procurement knowledge.
• Robust reporting and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Collaborative approach with project teams and clients.
• Experience managing commissions and driving efficiencies.
• Knowledge of procurement routes and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs and outcomes.
• Manage contract changes within governance and best practices.
• Drive forecast accuracy and budget improvements.
• Provide commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts; lead teams and commissions.
