Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Engineer to lead cost control across multi‑package programs in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. You will manage cost data, forecasts and reporting, ensuring alignment with budgets and project plans.

You will apply EVM practices, integrate with project teams, and influence decisions to meet time and cost targets while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Professional Project Controls experience specialising in Cost Engineering/Control across the project lifecycle.
• Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control across multiple packages or a major program, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Develop CBS and align budgets with WBS; monitor spend, commitments and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to NEC or FIDIC processes for cost data management and reporting.
• Produce accruals and underpin forecasts with cost information for change notes.
• Set out cost capture requirements, align PO structures with WOs and monitor sub-contract costs.
• Interact with senior management to report cost control updates on complex projects.
