Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our UK Infrastructure team, working on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects. You will administer contracts, monitor and forecast project costs, manage cash flow and change, and ensure final accounts are negotiated in line with governance and budget.

You will build professional relationships with clients and colleagues, drive value engineering, and support delivery teams to achieve KPIs and programme goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of contract management and NEC3 in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with change control, procurement, estimation and pricing processes.
• Experience in governance, value engineering and final accounts negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other project parties.
• Administer contracts and manage cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow and ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver deliverables, KPIs and programme objectives.
• Manage contract changes within governance, drive forecast accuracy and budgets.
• Provide commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders and negotiate final accounts.
