Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

You will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, and executor/officer disputes, with autonomy and mentoring support. The firm offers remote and hybrid working, strong work-life balance and a clear pathway to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate or trusts and estates.
• Strong technical ability with complex disputes and court procedures.
• Excellent client care and ability to run own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes in contentious trusts and estates.
• Advise on will validity, capacity, inheritance act, executor and trustee disputes.
• Support and collaborate with senior team while developing a clear progression path.
