Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance matters.
• Handle claims under the Inheritance Act and challenges to validity/capacity of wills.
• Benefit from mentoring within a collaborative team while developing long-term progression.
