Job summary

G2 Legal is representing a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. They seek Contentious Probate Solicitors with 3+ PQE to join their team in the UK.

You will manage complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, and benefit from a flexible hybrid/remote working setup. You'll have autonomy on matters while receiving mentoring and technical support from a collaborative team, with a clear pathway to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate or equivalent experience.
• Solid contentious probate experience with strong client care skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including wills and inheritance matters.
• Advise on trust and estate disputes and executor/trustee issues.
• Provide high-quality client service with technical expertise and collaboration.
