Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate is essential.
• Solid contentious probate experience and strong technical ability.
• Confident managing own caseload with excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, and related trust and executor/ trustee disputes.
• Take ownership of matters with autonomy while receiving mentoring and support from a collaborative team.
• Contribute to a merit-based progression pathway within a reputed boutique disputes practice.
