Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Strong technical ability and client-care skills
• Ability to manage own caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes
• Handle will and inheritance disputes and trust/estate disputes
• Advise on validity and capacity of wills
• Oversee executor and trustee disputes
• Contribute to high-quality, specialist contentious probate work
