Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Solid experience handling will, trust and inheritance disputes.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with mentoring support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex contentious probate disputes.
• Handle will and inheritance disputes, including executor and trustee issues.
• Develop specialist expertise within a collaborative team and support the pathway to Partnership.
