Qualifications

• Approximately five or more years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Ability to lead and manage a team within a growing practice.
• Strong client communication and detailed case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm's contentious probate practice, reporting to the Head of Litigation.
• Manage a busy caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Oversee and support junior team members and provide mentoring.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain high standards of client care.
• Drive growth of the contentious probate practice as workload increases.
