G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Contentious Probate Solicitor to lead and develop a growing contentious probate practice in Hale. The role focuses on contentious probate work, reporting to the Head of Litigation, with responsibility for managing your own caseload and mentoring the junior team.

You will shape the practice as it expands, ensuring high standards of client care, technical accuracy and effective case progression.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contentious probate matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently and supervise juniors.
• Strong client-facing and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the firm's contentious probate practice, reporting to the Head of Litigation.
• Manage a busy caseload from instruction through to resolution.
• Oversee and mentor the Newly Qualified Solicitor and Paralegal.
• Provide technical guidance and case supervision to junior colleagues.
• Drive growth of the team’s caseload and maintain client care standards.
