Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our Design Team on a permanent basis in London. You’ll shape experiences that are rewarding, personalised and effortless across major product initiatives and campaigns.

You’ll work largely independently with support from a Content Lead, using customer research, data and AI insights to guide your design process and ensure accessible, clear journeys.

Qualifications

• Deep content design experience for complex digital products, multi-step journeys, or major customer-facing campaigns.
• Demonstrated capability in content architecture, information hierarchy, and structuring complicated user flows.
• Experience collaborating with product and design partners in early problem-framing stages.

Responsibilities

• Own major initiatives and launches: end-to-end content design for flagship launches and multi-step journeys across digital platforms.
• Act as Content Advocate in early discovery: collaborate with product managers and UX leads to shape product intent and information hierarchy.
• Architect complex journeys: design multi-step content architecture, taxonomy, and navigation paths for seamless transitions.
• Evolve the Content Design System: document reusable components, patterns, and copy standards for consistency.
• Establish governance: define content governance models, review processes, and quality frameworks post-launch.
• Drive data-informed decisions: interrogate quantitative and qualitative data to guide iterations.
• Foster cross-functional alignment: work with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and Legal to align messaging.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity: meet WCAG, plain language, and assistive tech requirements.
• Leverage modern tooling: use Figma and FigJam to document flows and prototype content with UX/UI teams.
