Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a confident Content Designer to join our design team on a permanent basis. You will craft clear, engaging, and accessible content across digital touchpoints, from product pages to campaign landing pages, ensuring consistent tone and voice.

Collaborating with UX, UI, researchers and developers, you will map journeys, wireframes in Figma, test content with users, and contribute to evolving our design system and content guidelines, while balancing multiple

Qualifications

• Proven content design experience in digital products or platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating user journeys, wireframes, content testing, or iterative improvements.
• Proficiency in Figma to wireframe flows, annotate files, and collaborate with designers.
• Strong usability and accessibility knowledge (WCAG, typography, structure).
• Experience using quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide content decisions.
• Ability to articulate content rationale and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to grammar, terminology, and tone of voice.
• Curiosity about AI tools and workflow developments in content tasks.
• Background in English/UX or related field.

Responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end content across digital touchpoints focusing on updates and landing pages.
• Map journeys and wireframes; build content-led landing page prototypes in Figma.
• Champion tone of voice and usability across discovery to detail pages and CTAs.
• Design for accessibility with plain language, headers, descriptive links, alt text.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers.
• Audit content journeys; identify friction and areas for improvement.
• Support user research and testing; formulate hypotheses and validate copy.
• Contribute to the evolution of design standards, taxonomy, and content guidelines.
• Balance workstreams with senior/lead or delivery manager.
