Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a confident Content Designer to join our Design Team on a permanent basis. You’ll shape experiences that are rewarding and personal, crafting content for campaigns, vehicle launches, and landing pages while collaborating with UX, UI, and Content teams.

You’ll leverage customer research, data, and AI insights to guide your design process, ensuring tone, usability, and accessibility across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating user journeys, wireframes, content testing, or data-driven improvements.
• Experience with Figma for wireframes, flows, and annotated designs.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience using quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging, and consistent content across digital touchpoints including landing pages and vehicle/nameplate updates.
• Wireframe user journeys and landing pages with designers in Figma.
• Apply tone of voice and accessibility standards across all touchpoints.
• Ensure content is usable with plain language, clear structure, and descriptive links.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers.
• Audit content journeys to identify friction and opportunities for improvement.
• Support user research and testing, and use findings to refine copy.
• Contribute to design system, taxonomy, and content guidelines.
• Balance multiple workstreams with senior or delivery manager support.
