Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a confident Content Designer to join our Design Team on a permanent basis in London. You will shape customer-focused website experiences, ensuring clear, engaging content across campaigns, landing pages and vehicle-nameplate updates.

You’ll work with UX, UI and Content teams, using research, data and AI insights to guide your copy and improve journeys. The role emphasizes accessibility, tone of voice, and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven Content Design Experience across digital products or platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating user journeys, wireframes, testing or iterative improvements.
• Experience with Figma for wireframes, flows, and annotations.
• Strong usability and accessibility knowledge (WCAG, hierarchy, descriptive links).
• Ability to base decisions on quantitative metrics and qualitative research.
• Clear communication of content rationale with design, product and marketing teams.
• Excellent attention to grammar, terminology and tone of voice.
• Curiosity about AI tools and evolving workflows for content design.
• Relevant degree or practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end content across digital touchpoints for campaigns and product pages.
• Map user journeys, define flows and wireframe landing pages in Figma.
• Maintain tone of voice and usability across discovery to detail pages and CTAs.
• Design for accessibility with plain language, headers and alt text.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, researchers, product owners and developers daily.
• Audit content journeys to identify friction and opportunities for iteration.
• Support user research, test hypotheses and refine copy from findings.
• Contribute to design system, taxonomy and content guidelines.
• Balance multiple workstreams under senior/lead or delivery manager guidance.
