Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape experiences for major product initiatives, multi-step journeys and campaigns. You’ll own end-to-end content design, work with product and UX teams in early discovery, and drive accessible, data-informed iterations across digital platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand and Legal, leverage Figma and AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to a scalable Content Design System while ensuring brand consistency

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing content for complex digital products, multi-step journeys, or major campaigns.
• Experience partnering with product, UX, and engineering teams in early discovery phases.
• Ability to design information architecture and governance for scalable content systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content design for flagship launches and multi-step journeys across digital platforms.
• Partner with product managers and UX leads in concept phase to shape product intent and information hierarchy.
• Design complex multi-step content architectures and ensure consistency across products.
• Define and document reusable content components and copy standards in the design system.
• Establish content governance models and review processes to maintain brand quality post-launch.
• Analyze analytics and user feedback to iteratively test and improve copy and content strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing and Legal to align messaging with requirements.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive language across all flows and launches.
• Work hands-on in Figma and other tools, exploring AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
