Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Content Designer to join our Design Team on a permanent basis. You’ll shape experiences that are rewarding, personalised and effortless, crafting intuitive content for campaign activity, vehicle launches and landing pages.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use customer research and AI insights to guide your design process, and ensure tone of voice consistency across all touchpoints from discovery through to details and CTAs.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating user journeys, wireframes, content testing or iterative improvements based on user data.
• Experience wiring flows, prototyping solutions, and annotating files in Figma.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to use quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Craft End-to-End Content across digital touchpoints, focusing on key updates and landing pages.
• Map user journeys and define flows, build content-led wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
• Apply tone of voice and usability principles across discovery to detail pages and CTAs.
• Design for accessibility with plain language, descriptive links, and alt text.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to evolve experiences.
• Audit existing content journeys to identify friction and opportunities for improvement.
• Support user research and testing by formulating hypotheses and validating copy.
• Contribute to design system, taxonomy, and content guidelines.
