• 🎯 Lead on content strategy and quality across your product area — driving best practices in UX writing, content design, and accessibility.
• 🤝 Partner with design, product, and support teams to solve content challenges and improve the customer journey.
• 📈 Use research, analytics, and feedback to understand user needs and continuously improve content.
• 🗂️ Write and refine UI copy, help articles, onboarding flows, and in-app communications.
• 🧭 Define tone of voice frameworks and contribute to IRIS’s wider content vision and strategy.
• 💬 Conduct reviews and share feedback to uplift the quality of content across the business.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• ✨ 5+ years’ experience defining and delivering content strategy in a SaaS or tech environment.
• 🧠 Experience managing people or projects, and leading on large‑scale content initiatives.
• 📊 Skilled in data‑driven, user‑centred content design — familiar with tools like user journey mapping and ‘jobs to be done’.
• 🖋️ Strong UX writing skills with an ability to simplify complex, technical, or financial concepts.
• 💬 A collaborator and influencer — confident building relationships and aligning stakeholders.
