Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Programme Advisory division, bringing hands-on delivery experience in change and transformation. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape, design and deliver major transformation programmes across public and private sectors.

We value energetic, proactive individuals who can drive operating model design, manage complex workstreams, and build trusted relationships. On-site presence 2–3 days a week is expected in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or working as an internal consultant on change and transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering tangible results on change projects through methodologies.
• Experience in programme and project management within complex environments.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Experience managing stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience delivering high-quality change deliverables under tight timescales.
• Experience leading solution development for change projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Change management qualifications such as MSP, APMG Change Management or Prosci are favourable.
• Experience across sectors such as infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes.
• Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid proposals and new business opportunities.
• Support Programme Advisory team initiatives, including transformation products and improving internal processes.
