Qualifications

• Chartered or working towards chartership is required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in pre-construction and site delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-pound schemes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure project management activities comply with policies.
• Create detailed project strategy, plan and schedule; manage delivery within plan.
• Maintain high quality standards and address quality issues promptly.
• Review costs and controls; manage project risks and records.
