Bovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery, uphold safety and quality, and manage costs across residential and commercial builds. You will drive strategy, mentor staff and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a proven track record in medium to large scale projects, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering construction projects.
• Experience leading delivery teams and coaching staff.
• Experience with pre-construction and site establishment.
• Knowledge of project risk management and cost controls.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for delivery staff and create a supportive work environment.
• Create a detailed project strategy, plan and schedule to maximise client and Bovis outcomes.
• Maintain high quality standards and identify quality issues with systems to achieve right first time.
• Communicate and keep records with all project stakeholders.
• Review costs and controls to optimise project value.
• Develop and coach the project team to build skills and experience for future delivery.
