Job summary

Bovis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major leisure complex project in Bedfordshire. You will oversee a dedicated team, drive delivery within schedule and budget, and report to the Programme Project Director.

A strong track record in construction leadership and quality delivery is essential. You will manage stakeholder relationships, guide planning and risk management, and uphold Bovis safety standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership with CIOB or equivalent.
• Relevant degree in construction/PM or engineering.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for delivery staff and project team.
• Create and manage detailed project strategy, plans and schedules.
• Ensure quality and right-first-time construction.
• Maintain documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Review costs and controls; manage project risks.
• Develop external relationships with clients and contractors.
