Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of major commercial office schemes in the Greater London area. You will lead design teams, manage site delivery, and coordinate with clients, consultants and the supply chain to maximise value and minimise risk.

The role requires chartered status and a proven track record in large-scale office developments, with a focus on safety, quality and delivering on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Chartered project manager with demonstrated delivery of large office schemes.
• Experience of pre-construction and site supervision.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design teams and site delivery.
• Develop project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Maintain high quality and right-first-time construction.
• Manage costs, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor project team and promote safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
