Job summary

Bovis is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a major commercial office project in the City of London. You will lead the project management team, report to the Project Director, and act as the second-in-command to ensure delivery aligns with client and company objectives.

You will oversee safety, cost control, schedule, and collaboration between design, site teams, suppliers and client representatives, driving value while maintaining Bovis standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIOB or equivalent in construction management.
• BSc or MSc in Project Management, Building, Construction.
• Experience on large commercial office projects (£80m+).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the project management team.
• Develop detailed project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Ensure quality and right-first-time construction.
• Manage costs and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, site, commercial, client teams.
• Liaise with the Project Director and Design Manager.
• Promote safety and compliance with EHS.
