Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of major commercial office packages in the UK. You will lead design, project/site teams, commercial and supply chain coordination to maximise value for the client and business.

You will coordinate risk, cost control and safety governance, develop robust plans, and foster a high-performance delivery culture across the project team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex construction projects.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and manage delivery within plan.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams across site, design, and client.
• Experience in risk, cost control and safety governance on projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery staff.
• Develop detailed project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Ensure quality and right-first-time construction across packages.
• Maintain communication and records with all stakeholders.
• Review costs and controls.
• Build and lead a skilled project team and promote Bovis values.
