Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Project Director to lead major construction projects in the UK. You will own the project strategy, drive delivery, and manage client and stakeholder relationships to secure opportunities and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to operate in challenging environments while focusing on safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex construction projects.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, risk management and procurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategy and delivery plans.
• Lead client and stakeholder relationships to secure opportunities.
• Direct pre-construction and on-site teams to deliver milestones.
• Maintain cost control and manage risk/opportunity.
