Job summary

Bovis Group is recruiting a Senior Construction Manager for an MoD project in Oakham, Rutland. You will lead, manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while supporting the commercial team with robust record keeping.

You will integrate with multi-disciplinary teams and oversee planning, supervision and site activities to meet the project targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Professional Construction Qualifications relevant to the role.
• SMSTS – 5 Day.
• Have, or be working towards, a related Chartership such as CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Plan logistics phasing for all projects.
• Set up programme controls and delivery management systems.
• Recruit and develop construction teams for delivery.
• Lead enabling and surveying works for main contracts.
• Maintain safety and quality and monitor environmental risks.
