Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects in the Greater London area. You will coordinate design teams, supply chain and site operations to maximise value, maintain safety standards and meet client expectations.

You'll drive pre-construction planning, manage budgets, risk and quality, mentor staff and ensure best practice across the project lifecycle, aligning with Bovis policies and the vision for exceptional project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 10+ years of project management in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and engineers.
• Develop and implement project plans aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and regulators for smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site safety.
• Conduct regular site visits and manage project risks.
