Job summary

Bovis is recruiting a Project Manager for a major Stafford project within the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio. You will lead the delivery from initiation to completion, coordinating design, site teams, and supply chain to meet client expectations and uphold safety standards.

You will liaise with design managers and consultants to maximise value while mitigating design risks and driving program performance on a high-profile public sector project.

Qualifications

• Chartership CIOB or equivalent construction qualification required or highly desirable.
• Proven delivery of multi-disciplinary construction projects in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of current construction laws, contracts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project strategy, plans and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost targets are met across teams and supply chain.
• Coordinate with design, commercial, client teams and consultants to mitigate risks.
