Job summary

Bovis is recruiting a Project Manager to join our Public Sector Construction team on a major project in Oakham, Rutland. You will lead delivery, manage costs and coordinate design teams, supply chain and client stakeholders to ensure value and safety.

The role requires chartership such as CIOB, and proven delivery of construction projects. You will liaise with design, site and commercial teams to drive successful outcomes for the MoD framework.

Qualifications

• Chartership such as CIOB or equivalent.
• Professional construction qualifications relevant to the role.
• Experience delivering construction projects across multiple supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Create strategy, plan and schedule to maximise client outcomes.
• Ensure safety compliance and actively manage project risks.
