Job summary

AWE plc in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a Senior Commercial Process & Tools Manager to lead the commercial process, tools and systems across the lifecycle. You will oversee development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and their digital integration to streamline operations and drive user adoption.

Hybrid role with three days on site in a long week and two on site in a short week; negotiable flexible working arrangements and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in procurement/commercial roles.
• Experience in process design and implementation of new systems.
• Master data management experience in large organisations.
• Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Strong ability to map and govern end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns the commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
• Ensures end-to-end process and systems are defined and joined up.
• Drives user adoption and provides training within scope.
• Ensures data models are robust, scalable and compliant.
• Works with IS to enable digital enablement of processes.
• Collaborates with policy, governance and assurance teams on changes.
