AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading, Berkshire. The role focuses on managing processes, tools and systems across the commercial lifecycle, ensuring alignment with policy and best practice. It emphasises data governance, system integration and driving user adoption.

The position offers a hybrid pattern with three on-site days in a long week and two on-site days in a short week, plus a generous benefits package and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Procurement/Commercial function.
• Experience in procurement/commercial process design and implementation.
• Experience developing system requirements or implementing new systems.
• Proven track record of process improvements and driving efficiencies.
• Ability to map processes and control activities.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to align priorities with outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and align the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
• Ensure end-to-end processes and systems are defined and joined up across the lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption and provide training within the scope area.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital tooling and ensure fit-for-purpose systems.
• Maintain data governance and robust data models across systems.
