Job summary

AWE plc invites applications for the role of Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading, Berkshire. You will manage processes, tools and systems across the commercial lifecycle, driving best practice and digital integration to streamline operations and enhance user adoption.

The role emphasises stakeholder management, data governance and collaboration with IS and governance teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/commercial function.
• Experience in process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and delivering improvements.
• Master data management in large organisations.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and process improvements.
• Process mapping and control expertise.
• Analytical thinker with ability to align priorities to outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision influence.
• Knowledge of data architecture and data management standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a area of the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
• Ensure end-to-end processes and systems are defined and joined up across the lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption and provide relevant training.
• Lead continuous improvement across processes and systems to stay fit for purpose.
• Create and own Commercial tools and templates and enable effective use.
• Govern master data across systems in line with policies.
• Work with IS to digitally enable commercial processes and ensure fit-for-purpose systems.
