AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading, Berkshire. You will own the commercial processes, tools and technology landscape, driving governance and digital integration across the commercial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in Procurement/Commercial functions.
• Experience in procurement/commercial process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and implementing improvements.
• Experience with master data management in large organisations.
• Track record of process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data architecture principles and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial process, tools and technology landscape within your scope.
• Synchronise end-to-end processes and systems across the commercial lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption and provide training within your area.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital commercial systems and governance.
