AWE plc is recruiting a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools and their digital integration at Reading. The role focuses on optimizing systems, data governance, and user adoption across the commercial lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IS, governance teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient operations and drive value through best-practice standards across landscape changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement / Commercial function.
• Experience in process design and implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own a range of Commercial processes, tools and technology across the lifecycle.
• Drive adoption and provide training within scope.
• Ensure data governance and master data accuracy across systems.
• Work with IS to enable digital commercial systems and interfaces.
• Coordinate with policy, governance and assurance for regulatory updates.
