Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading. You will own the commercial process, tools and technology landscape, driving adoption, and ensuring end-to-end alignment across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IS to enable digital solutions and work with governance teams to keep policies up to date. The role offers hybrid working, a 9-day fortnight, and a strong benefits package including a market pension and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement/Commercial function.
• Experience in procurement/commercial process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and/ or implementing new systems or delivering systems improvements.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own area of the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape and ensure integration across the lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption and provide training within scope.
• Define and synchronise processes and systems to remove gaps and ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital enablement of commercial processes.
• Work with policy and governance teams to update changes in policy and compliance within processes.
